Human Resources Management (HRM) is an important function in
the organization where manages all employees’ rights according the government
regulation with a strategy aligning to organizations goals and objectives. The
HRM function takes responsibility of an employee from the time an employee is recruited
and till the employee leaves the organization. The HRM department maintains all
records of the employee and maintains the privacy of each of the records.
